Holly, who has launched Yoga Hero is offering free workshops and taster sessions all day, starting at 12pm! The workshops are suitable for beginners as well as people who have been practicing yoga for years. This is the schedule of workshops taking place today:

12:00 - 12:45 Yoga for office workers
13:00 - 13:45 Yoga for runners
14:00 - 14:45 Yoga stress relief
15:00 - 15:45 Yoga for a strong core
16:00 - 16:45 Rocket yoga taster

from 17:00: a Q&A session with Holly including nibbles and drinks!

Yoga Hero is offering regular yoga classes in the heart of Leeds city center. The classes take place from Monday to Thursday between lunch time and evenings. I was invited join a class a few weeks ago. I had never done yoga before, so this was new territory. I choose the Unwind & Relax class, which takes place every Wednesday from 7:30pm until 8:45pm. I loved the fact that Holly named the classes in a way, that makes it more accessible for beginners. During the classes she explained the movements and created a fantastic atmosphere that made me feel relaxed. All in all it was a great first experience and I will definitely be attending her classes again as it helped me unwind from a stressful week and just find a space to completely switch off.

Happy Birthday Leeds Trinity

One year ago today Leeds Trinity shopping centre opened its doors creating a great shopping experience in the heart of Leeds.

Since the opening multiple shops, restaurants, bars and food stalls have moved in to Trinity and it has grown to be a real people magnet. I wanted to use the anniversary as an opportunity to reflect on my own experience with Leeds Trinity and share my favourite spots to dine & relax:

1) The Everyman Cinema
Bruschetta @ the Everyman Cinema Leeds

I absolutely love the Everyman. The cinema offers a relaxed atmosphere, allowing you to take your favourite drink inside with you while you get comfortable on a spacious sofa. You can even order snacks and enjoy them while you're watching the film. The diner downstairs provides you with delicious pre- or post- film snacks and mains. Definitely worth a visit!

2) Trinity Kitchen

A few months ago I was invited to join the launch party of Pho, a Vietnamese street food stall offering authentic Vietnamese cousine in a chilled out environment. It's great if you fancy a change - I highly recommend the pork & lemongrass meatballs!

3) Cielo Blanco

Cielo Blanco is a Mexican restaurant offering delicious Mexican classics, tasty street food and sharing platters, as well as all your Cocktail favourites! It has become my go to place for Mexican street food. Try and get a seat on the outside terrace in summer, you won't regret it!

To celebrate their first year Leeds Trinity is holding a birthday party tonight, 21st March from 6pm at Trinity Kitchen!

Happy Birthday Leeds Trinity - to many more successful years to come!
